IMPORTANT NOTES
– All packages are shipped with tracking. You will receive tracking details via email once your order is dispatched.
– Please make sure that your phone number, billing, and shipping address are accurate. We cannot redirect packages once they are shipped.
– For delivery destinations outside the European Union, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
– Each piece is made to order, created especially for you. For this reason, we encourage thoughtful purchases and do not accept returns for refunds unless the item is faulty.
– Each piece is made to order and may require between 1 to 4 weeks of production time, depending on the complexity of the design. Estimated production times are listed on each product page.
RETURN CONDITIONS
– You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund minus shipment. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging. Please notify us at info@mockeviciute.com within this period to initiate return.
– Exchanges may be possible depending on item availability and production capacity. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to inquire about an exchange.
– Return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
– We are not liable for return shipments lost or damaged in transit—please use tracked shipping.
Customs Charges on International Returns:
If you are returning an item from outside the European Union, any customs or import charges incurred upon re-entry to Lithuania will be deducted from your refund or store credit, as these fees are billed to us.
Non-returnable items:
– Custom or made-to-measure pieces
– Items purchased on sale or with a promotional discount
– Worn, used, or damaged items
– Earrings and other jewellery for hygiene reasons
– Hand-dyed scarves due to the unique, handcrafted nature of the item
